Appropriate transfer credit can be used toward any Statistics major or minor requirement (declaration prerequisite, core courses, electives). Courses that transfer as an existing UVA course (ie. STAT 2120 or STAT 3220) can be used directly toward any requirement that it satisfies. Courses that transfer as 3000T or 4000T may be used as electives. 

For domestic and international credit, please first review information and requirements for transfer of credit within the College of Arts and Sciences.

Next, please search for the course that you would like to transfer in the domestic or international database to see if it has been transferred to UVA in the past.

• Prerequisite courses
• Course content (including a list of topics covered)
• Any textbook(s) used in the course
